Kazuma Matoba是内在科学研究院博士生项目的项目总监，是维藤/海德克大学的跨文化教育的教授，研究领域包含：文化研究、多元文化主义、文化分析、跨文化研究等。同时也是IfGIC（Institute for Global Integral Competence）的总监，为全球的青少年提供空中大学。
